Terms And Conditions
What you need to know
- Monthly payments to be paid on the 1st of every month. If payment is later than 72 hours (3 working days). A £25 charge will be added
- If two payments are due and in arears (60 days) you will have 72 hours to pay in full (3 working days) otherwise Stingray will take possession of the unit and the contents inside.
- When units are hired to customer, they must be aware that NOTHING is to be stored on top of units. If found to breach this an additional charge of £250 will be added (Must be paid within 72 hours). And a warning will be given. If two warnings are issued to customer, you will be asked to vacate units in 72 hours (3 working days).
- You will provide your own padlock for security (We will not have spare). If key is lost and access is needed a new padlock will be provided by Stingray with a £25 cost to customer.
- 24hour security and insurance will be provided in cost of rent depending on size of units.
- Two forms of I.D and proof of utility bills will be needed to verify direct debits to be payed online on 1st of every month.
